3. Feature:
Optical brightener APC is medium affinity to cellulose fiber, stable to oxide, hypochlorite, and reducing bleach. Good resistance to alkali, hard water, medium acid resistance. Good affinity with resin finishing agent.
4. Common Application and Recommend Dosage
Mainly used in whitening of paper pulp, surface sizing, and coating. Also whitening of cotton/cellulose fiber.
Paper-making industry: add directly to pulp.0.05-1.2% (of weight of absolute dry pulp);
Surface sizing with starch, CMC, PVA: 0.5-10g/L;
Coating with PVC, CMC, and starch: 0.1-1.4% (of the weight of the coating materials)
5. Packaging & Storage
200kgs/230kgs per plastic drum, or 1000kgs IBC tank.
It should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, and the storage period should not exceed six months.
6. Transportation and Safty
Avoid inversion, sunlight, moisture, and crash. Avoid damaging the package.
Non Hazardous. Stock as ordinary chemicals. Wear Protective goggles and gloves while using. And avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Soap clean if the skin is contaminated.
