4. Common Application and Recommend Dosage
Optical Brightener KCB is widely used in the whitening of synthetic fiber and plastics such as PE, PP, PVC, PS, ABS, paints, etc. KCB is the first choice for whitening EVA foam for footwear materials. It can also enhance the brightness and vividness of colored plastics. It has strong light stability and heat resistance and is chemically stable, not react with other plastic additives such as foaming agents, or coupling agents.
Dosage in plastics 0.01-0.03%, or adjust according to user’s need.
Due to the dosage amount is small, please mix thoroughly for the best effect.
When using any UV absorb additive, the dosage of optical brightener KCB should be adjusted.
5. Transportation and Safty
Avoid inversion, sunlight, moisture, and crash. Avoid damaging the package.
Non Hazardous. Stock as ordinary chemicals. Wear Protective goggles and gloves while using. And avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Soap clean if the skin is contaminated.
