4. Common Application and Recommend Dosage
Optical Brightener FP-127 is widely used for whitening various plastic products, especially for flex PVC and PS, which have better affinity and whitening effects.
It has excellent whitening and brightening effects for synthetic leather.
It can also be used for whitening and brightening paints, inks, wallpaper PVC plastisol, etc.
PVC/PS White: 0.02-0.05% Transparent: 0.0002-0.002%
ABS Natural: 0.02-0.05%
Transparent: 0.0025-0.005%. Commonly used: 0.01-0.05%
Due to the dosage amount is small, please mix thoroughly for the best effect.
When using any UV absorb additive, the dosage of FP-127 should be adjusted.
5. Transportation and Safty
Avoid inversion, sunlight, moisture, and crash. Avoid damaging the package.
Non Hazardous. Stock as ordinary chemicals. Wear Protective goggles and gloves while using. And avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Soap clean if the skin is contaminated.
