3. Feature & Application
Nucleating agent GC-03 has excellent biological applicability and thermal stability. It is non-toxic and tasteless, and no odor occurs during processing. It is especially suitable for high-grade polypropylene products, such as medical supplies, food packaging, cosmetic packaging, etc. This kind of product of such structural formula has been approved by FDA allowable use in food contacts in the world market.
Nucleating agent GC-03 can be used directly with resin dry mix, or can be made into 2.5-5% masterbatch and used for injection or extrusion molding. It is generally recommended to add 0.1-0.4% of the product, and the material should be stirred well to make it fully dispersed when used. Polypropylene powder can be directly mixed with GC-03, while polypropylene granules are recommended to be mixed with a small amount of white oil before adding GC-03 to ensure that it can evenly adhere to the surface of polypropylene granules.
4. Packing & Storage
10kg or 20kg per bags, 20kgs per carton.
Stored in cool, dry, and ventilate place, avoid fire and storage term should not exceed 2 years.

During transportation, it should be waterproof and moisture-proof. Please refer to the safety data sheet before handling.
